I’ll be honest, I was mostly just paying attention to whether the refund actually landed, and it did. The return process itself was fine, just slower than I expected. Support did get back to me, but not exactly fast. In the end, I got my money back, so it worked out.

I picked up a top from Marcella NYC and didn’t expect to like it as much as I do. The fabric is really soft, not scratchy at all, and it doesn’t pull or feel tight in those annoying spots. I wore it through an entire workday and still wasn’t rushing to take it off when I got home. For me, that’s usually the best test, and this one definitely passed
